At Sai Sri Designers, we specialize in customized designs and handcrafted work. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
1. No Return Policy
- All products are custom-made based on customer requirements.
- Therefore, returns are not accepted once the order is completed and delivered.
2. No Refund Policy
- Payments made for orders are non-refundable.
- This includes advance payments and full payments.
3. Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be canceled before the work has started.
- Once the design process or stitching has begun, cancellation is not possible.
4. Alterations & Adjustments
- Minor alterations may be provided depending on feasibility.
- Customers must inform within 2–3 days of delivery for any adjustments.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- We will review and provide a suitable solution.
6. Customer Responsibility
- Customers must provide accurate measurements and confirm designs before production.
- Sai Sri Designers is not responsible for issues due to incorrect details provided.
7. Exceptions
Refunds or replacements may be considered only in rare cases such as:
- Wrong item delivered
- Major defects caused during production
